Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to the e-commerce platform.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and technical requirements.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure the successful implementation. of e-commerce solutions.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization of the e-commerce platform.
• Develop test plans and perform thorough testing of new features and enhancements to ensure quality and reliability.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for e-commerce issues, working closely with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and Magento development.

        Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce, with a focus on Magento platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of Magento architecture, features, and functionalities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
